Fitiness Prizes operates skill-based competitions in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

2. The Competitions
2.1 Fitiness Prizes operates skill-based competitions. To participate, entrants must correctly answer a designated competition question which requires the exercise of skill, knowledge, or judgment. Competitions are not games of chance and are not gambling.
2.2 Only entries that correctly answer the Skill Question will be deemed valid. All valid entries are entered into a prize draw, from which the winner is selected at random in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 Each Competition page will clearly specify the prize, the opening and closing dates, any maximum number of entries (if applicable), the participation rules, the draw method, and the free entry route.
2.4 Competitions include both a paid entry route and a free postal entry route, both of which offer an equal chance of winning once a correct answer has been submitted.
2.5 Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only.
2.6 Closing dates will not be changed once published unless required by law or due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Competitions are open only to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Reasonable age-verification and identity checks may be carried out.
3.3 If verification fails or cannot be completed, entry will be void.
3.4 Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
3.5 Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful.
3.6 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or cancel entries where eligibility concerns or indicators of harm arise.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Entrants must create an account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information.
4.2 Required details include full name, date of birth, address, email address and telephone number.
4.3 Paid Entry Route: Entrants must correctly answer the Skill Question, select the number of entries and complete payment. Payment confirms entry only where the Skill Question is answered correctly.
4.4 Free Postal Entry Route: Each free postal entry must be submitted individually by unenclosed postcard and include the entrant’s full name, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, the competition name, the answer to the Skill Question, and a statement confirming acceptance of these Terms. Postal entries must be sent to Fitiness Prizes – Postal Entries, Fitiness Prizes, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF.
4.5 Postal entries are treated equally to paid entries and are allowed a reasonable period to arrive.
4.6 Refunds are not available except where required by law.

5. Support & Responsible Participation
Fitiness Prizes promotes responsible participation and signposts independent support organisations, including Citizens Advice, National Debtline, Money Advice Trust, Samaritans, and Mind, which provide confidential assistance.

6. Draw Mechanism & Judgement
6.1 Only correct and eligible entries are entered into the draw.
6.2 Winners are selected using a verifiably random and independently supervised or audit-verified process.
6.3 All valid entries have an equal chance of winning.
6.4 Draw methods and safeguards are published on the Platform.
6.5 The Promoter’s decision is final.
6.6 Winners are notified using the contact details provided at entry.
6.7 Draws take place on the published closing date and prizes are awarded regardless of the number of entries received.
6.8 If a winner cannot be contacted within five working days, the prize may be reallocated.

7. Prize Fulfilment
7.1 Prizes are awarded as advertised with no reductions.
7.2 Delivery is free within Great Britain unless stated otherwise.
7.3 A cash alternative of equal or greater value may be offered at the Promoter’s discretion.
7.4 Winners must provide valid photographic identification.
7.5 Prizes are non-transferable unless expressly stated.
7.6 Winners may opt out of publicity.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
8.1 The Promoter operates a transparent complaints procedure.
8.2 Complaints should be submitted to admin@fitinessprizes.com.
8.3 Complaints will be acknowledged within three working days.
8.4 Unresolved complaints may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.

9. Responsible Advertising
9.1 All marketing complies with the CAP and BCAP Codes.
9.2 Marketing will not target under-18s or vulnerable individuals, suggest participation solves financial problems, present participation as an escape from personal difficulties, or imply guaranteed or risk-free winnings.
9.3 The free postal entry route is clearly communicated.

10. Technical Issues & Electronic Communications
10.1 Reasonable efforts are made to ensure uninterrupted Platform access.
10.2 The Promoter is not liable for lost, delayed, corrupted or failed entries due to technical issues.
10.3 Where a system error materially affects a draw, the Promoter reserves the right to void and rerun the competition fairly.

11. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
11.1 Entrants must contact the Promoter before initiating any chargeback.
11.2 Unjustified chargebacks may require reimbursement of the disputed amount, associated fees and reasonable administrative or legal costs.
11.3 Accounts may be suspended during dispute investigations.

12. Data Protection & Privacy
12.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Winners may request partial anonymity, for example “James W., Manchester”.
12.3 Data is used solely for competition administration, verification, legal compliance and account management.

13. Accountability & Third-Party Compliance
13.1 Internal systems ensure compliance with applicable voluntary codes and best practices.
13.2 Third-party partners must adhere to these standards and may be suspended for non-compliance.
13.3 Player protection and transparency measures are published on the Website.

14. Platform & Account Security
14.1 Entrants must keep login details secure.
14.2 Automated systems, bots or scripts are prohibited.
14.3 Fraudulent, abusive or manipulative activity may result in account suspension or closure.

15. Trademarks & Intellectual Property
15.1 All trademarks, logos and proprietary content are owned by the Promoter.
15.2 Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
15.3 No rights are granted to entrants.
15.4 Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

16. General Provisions
16.1 If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
16.2 Rights may be transferred in connection with a business sale or restructuring.
16.3 The Promoter is not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
16.4 No third party has rights under these Terms.

17. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
