Free Postal Entry Route – Fitiness Prizes 

You can enter any Fitiness Prizes Competition for free by using our postal entry route. Postal entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries and have an equal chance of winning.

1. Where to Send Your Postal Entry

Send your entry by pre-paid First or Second Class post only to:

Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into any Competition.

2. What Your Postal Entry Must Include

Write clearly on an unenclosed postcard (or letter). Each postal entry must include ALL of the following:

• The exact name of the Competition you wish to enter
• Your full name
• Your date of birth (you must be 18 or over)
• Your full postal address
• Your email address
• Your mobile telephone number
• Your answer to the Competition Skill Question (if applicable)
• The statement: “I confirm I have read and agree to the Fitiness Prizes Terms & Conditions.”

Incomplete, illegible, unclear or missing information will result in your entry being rejected.

3. One Entry Per Envelope

You may submit multiple free postal entries up to the maximum number allowed for the Competition.
Each entry must be posted separately.
Bulk entries (multiple entries in one envelope or on one postcard) will not be accepted and will be counted as one single entry.

4. Postal Entry Deadlines

Your postal entry must be received before the Competition Closing Date, or before all entries are allocated, whichever happens first.
Proof of posting is not proof of receipt or entry.
Entries received after the deadline cannot be entered.

5. If a Competition Sells Out or Closes Early

If a Competition sells out before your entry arrives, it cannot be added to that Competition.
At our discretion, it may be placed into the next similar Competition with available entries.
If this is not possible, it will be rejected.

6. Instant Win Competitions

For Competitions with Instant Win prizes, your postal entry must be received:
• before all entries are allocated, or
• within 48 hours after the Closing Date if the Competition did not sell out.

Entries received after this period cannot be entered.

7. Entry Caps

If a Competition reaches its maximum number of entries before your postal entry is received, it cannot be entered.
Where appropriate and at our discretion, your entry may be placed into a similar future Competition.
